I don't know how to do something or I have a problem to report
If you cannot work out how to do something, or you find a problem, please check our support knowledge base below. We have documented all the usual problems that people report so 99% of the time the answer is there.
If you cannot find the answer, you can contact me, Jacqui, using the form below and I will look into it for you. There is only me to run the website, answer all your questions, look after the business side of the VAA, and format all the new teaching materials, so I would appreciate it if you search for the answer first before sending me a support ticket. Please give me as much information as you can about the problem, including your computer operating system, and which web browser you are using. It is also useful if you can send me a screenshot that shows what problem you are seeing.
